What is DME medium for Hybridoma cell culture - is DME medium and DMEM medium are the same for hybridoma culture?? (Apr/09/2010 )

I am quite new to this hybridoma cell culture. I got some hybridoma cells and wanted to culture them. the medium they mentioned was DME. i wonder is it the same as DMEM? any one knows this?
