BSA as qPCR enhancer - NEB or Sigma? (Mar/17/2010 )

I have to prepare a homemade mastermix for qPCR. Does BSA from NEB work well for this purpose?

I can't talk about NEB because I use SIGMA .
I can tell you SIGMA works really well though.

Which Sigma BSA are you using? there are lots!

It depends how much you need. I need a lot so I have to use the non acetylated ones.
You can buy them as powder or liquid and they work great.
