have problems with electroporation transformation of PCP20 into BL21 de3 - (Feb/05/2010 )

Hi there,
I used electroporation transformation to introduce pCP20 into BL21 DE3 and get no colony on the selective meium. but when I did the same procedure with K strains like K12, it works well. I don't know why. Does anybody have a great idea to make the transformation successful?

did u talk with the company where u bought the cells ?

play around with the voltage and pulse length, or even the number of pulses.

by the way, you incubate ur cells at what temperature?
