Protskin - (Feb/02/2010 )

Hi, I am trying to map the sequence conservation onto the structure of a protein, with protskin http://www.mcgnmr.ca/ProtSkin/, but I cannot get any results.

Every time I run the program with my MSA and PDB file I get this error:

Error at residue 4 :
The sequence in your PDB file does not match your BLAST query sequence.
Here is the plain sequence alignment derived from it.

No matter, what protein I use i get the same error.

Do you have use this program, how can I prepare the files? I follow all the instructions and get this error every time I run a query.
