Where can you get the sequence of one exon of a gene? - (Jan/14/2010 )

Where can you get the sequence of one exon of a gene?
Get the sequence of one exon of a gene, without counting the nucleotides.

The answer is the exon/intron search at www.mybioinfo.info

For example:
http://www.mybioinfo.info/exon_display.php..._id=GeneID:7127

The exon and intron sequences are seperated clearly.

I don't think I understood your question, you want the exon without the intron? Is it to design a primer (working with cDNAs)?

Ensembl and NCBI are better.

Try BLAT, there is a section on there if you plug in your sequence and organism, that should give you the exon/introns
