free software for analyzing FACS files - cell cycle analysis (Nov/12/2009 )

Thanks Perttu, I am now trying flowing. It is quite confusing at first, but the tutorial video found on their website is really helpful. The software looks fairly robust, with all the functions I need. I would recommend it.

I downloaded FlowingSoftware and watched the online orientation video and this software is definitely easy to use and full of all the capabilities I need.

I just downloaded the Flowing Software. Now I am trying to work on my data - I create a histogram (or a dot plot) and then I am opening my FCS file and then nothing appears in my histogram/dot plot - any suggestions?

iam using LMD files from FC500.which software i should download for LMD files?
