Differences among Phosphate buffer, Tris-HCl and Tris Buffer - (Nov/04/2009 )

Would really appreciate it if anyone could tell me what the differences are actually

PB and TB have a different buffering range.. TB is used within 7 and 9 generally and PB buffers at physiological pH
When pH of tris abse is adjusted by HCl, the solution is called Tris-Cl
