type of rat hepatic cell for toxicology study - seeking opinion on what type of cell to be used (Oct/28/2009 )
hi guys,
i thinking to do toxicology screening on a few compounds on rat hepatic cell before going into in vivo rat study.... any1 hving this kind of experience? there are so many type of cell line out there? what kind of cell that is more appropriate for me to use?
