How to grow cell in the iron-deficient environment? - 4T1 cell. (Oct/13/2009 )
I want to grow Breast cancer cell 4T1 with a group in the iron-deficient circumstance. But it seems to be difficult to find the medium with low iron content. Does anyone know how to deal with this problem?
