Hi people
I wanted to know if there is a difference between using maxiprep dna and miniprep dna for PCR for cloning purposes?
thanks alot

No difference. I always use miniprep.
And for PCR especially, there minimum quantity of DNA is necessary (one miniprep gain you ~1000 DNA samples for pcr ).
Maxiprep is useul for sequencing properties.

no difference between both, except that for maxi prep products, you might have to dilute it before using since it usually gives a way much higher amount of DNA as compared to miniprep.
