Freezing primers+SYBR green - (Sep/14/2009 )

Hi guys, I had a bit of a mishap with my real-time instrument, basically the computer couldn't find it. I had made a master mix for 48 samples (with primer)...as you know not particularly cheap. When I couldn't get the run on I just froze everything at -20. I was wondering if I can still use the mastermix or will "something?!" have happened in the tube. Can't think of anything apart from maybe somekind of primer dimer?

Cheers :)

It should work fine. Next time, I'd probably store it at 4C, which would not freeze and might better protect the enzyme.

I'd rather add some polymerase cause it may be damaged on -20C without glycerin protection.
