How to present bisulfite seq data - with CpGviewer (Sep/07/2009 )

Hello everybody!!
I am using CpG viewer to present my bisulfite sequencing data, I use text files of sequences. The problem is program do not show all my sequences that i gave. If there is anybody used this program please enlighten me :)) Actually it is an easy program to use so there are not many options i can change to include the ones that are excluded by the program. Please help me!
Thanx...

try BiqAnalyser

Actually i first tried BiqAnalyser but it did not draw the lolipop diagrams as good as CpGviewer. And it always suggested me to exclude my sequnces and it was harder to use for me. But thanx anyway...

Hi
If you have any problems with CpGViewer, go to the programs web page and send me an email using the link at the bottom of the page (http://dna.leeds.ac.uk/cpgviewer/) . I always try to help users and use any feed back to make the program better.

Hi Ian,

thanks for your input, just had a look at your website and program, looks better than BiqAnalyser!

was wondering you were thinking of expanding the program to also display Mass Array and pyrosequencing data?

Cheers
Nick

Hi Nick,
I wrote the program to help someone in my department who still uses normal Sanger sequencing. Consequently, the program was never extended to the new sequencing methods. However, the program was written in a modular manner and I may be able to update it for the new sequencing methods, if any one was interested. Contact via the webpage.
