Hypotheses - Journals allowing hypotheses (Jan/12/2008 )

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone was aware of journals that allow for publication of unsolicited hypotheses?
Apart from the somewhat exotic "medical hypotheses" journal and some specialized cardiology journals, I have only found FASEB journal to welcome such contributions. Are there any other journals in general medicine/biomedicine or immunology that allow for such papers?

Do you mean just to publish the hypothesis alone? Or as part of an article with data?

I am thinking about hypotheses presented alone, with no accompanying new observational data.
