A Excel template for selecting siRNA target by implementing the rational siRNA design rules ( Reynolds A et al. (2004) Rational siRNA design for RNA interference. Nature Biotechnology 22:326-330 ). Very easy to use and siRNA targets returned are sorted by overall scores. The only drawback is it doesn't do blast search against genome database.
