- Small Scale DNA Extraction from Soils of Hot Arid Zones
The protocol describes a simple and reliable method for small-scale DNA extraction with high yield from hot arid zone soils where the number of microbes is less hindering the extraction of total DNA using the standard DNA extraction protocols. This protocol has been optimized for Indian North Western hot arid region soils.
