Immunolocalization of photosynthetic proteins

The protocol works well with abundant photosynthetic cytoplasmic or chloroplast localized proteins. It should work for other abundant proteins too. For detecting rare proteins, nuclear localized proteins and possibly cell wall proteins, modifications may be needed.
