Hi. Well after harvesting terminal serum, I got the antibody produced, although the titer is not very high (about 1:1000). Probably I will follow your recommendation if I would like to produce antibody next time. I really appreciate your suggestion. I overlooked the need to use CFA with gel slice...hmm... :(

Haved you protein reproduced antibody, I haved hundreds of antibodies using your protcol, but there are some differece, you should add CFA in primary immunization;Also you could increase proteins to 2mg in primary immunization
