hey you,
in general the quality of life is great here in AUT. I think you will come to vienna, graz, salzburg or innsbruck. that´s the "hot spots" where science is present. in innsbruck & salzburg the living expenses are quite high, whereas the eastern part is cheaper. With a PhD-Student salary (€1300)you will get by anyway. temperatures: winter -10°C, summer: +...
