In Topic: In a pcr why doesnt the DNA reneal during annealing process ?

I thought before the original strand of DNA bind to DNA, primer bind to it because of small size of primer and more over annealing time is very short for original strand to bind to it. Once the primer to bind to DNA it is difficult for the other strand to bind to it..IS it my view is right
