I am trying to activate the Wnt, MAPK and NF-kB pathway in Panc-1 cancer cell line in 96 well plates, however without any success. I am using Firefly lucifearse and Gaussia luciferase as reporter genes, the latter as internal reference. The expression vector contains regulatory elements used in the mentioned signalling pathways. This method works perfectly fine in other cancer cell lines like MCF-7 and SW480.
