Im working with PBMC or purified lymphocytes and mi question is...

Im activating the cells with a-CD3/CD28 (1ug/ml) for 48 hrs...how much is the increase (proliferation) do i have to expect? Twice?...

Recently i have no proliferation or even less cells... In this days im going to check if they are really activated using CD69 by FACS...
