I went ahead and add 50 mL of DI water to the solution to dilute it down, and it all dissolved. Does this mean that my solution is still 10% concentration? Or given the solubility, is it actually at 9% concentration?
Ah! I see. Darn. 9g/100 mL puts my concentration at 9%. Per my calculations, I need to prepare 20%. So, the calculations that I did above need to be adjusted from 20% to 9% correct?
I'm having trouble getting my sodium bicarbonate to dissolved. I measured out 10g into 50 mL of DI water and it is just a cloudy solution. Since I can't heat the solution up, is there another way to dissolve it?
