hi guys,
I'm planning to do a bacteria killing test in vitro.
Basically I want to E.coli with neutrophils and see what happens. Since I'm interested in late effects I do need a bacteriostatic that allows me to maintain a constant M.O.I. and also to plate the bacteria and count the CFU the next day.
I tried with gentamycin but I had problems, i.e. no colonies on the plate.
Anyone? Many thanks
