Hello,
I would like to find a screen to test some compounds (50) for interaction with human adenosine receptors. This should be a kind of pilot testing at reasonable cost. Basically I need to see some activity to persuade my boss to let me buy say panel of reporters for indivudual AdoR. I was thinking that testing cAMP concentration as a suragate parameter (indicating hits on several AdoR receptors) could be a good idea. What could be a good reporter system (incl. commercial variants)?
