Designing truncated protein as antigen

Hi all,
I have been trying to express my protein in full-length but I don't get the soluble protein. Now, I want to design truncated protein as antigen and how to truncate. Has anyone face this kind of problem. Does anyone have some tips? If so please help me out.

requesting your assistance for IC50

hi ，everyone
I'm a newbie on experiment. I'm trying to test some small-molecule inhibitor for the enzymes in vitro to get the IC50. I have no idea about how to design the experiments, such as concentration,  dose. So please let me know if anyone has any suggestion?
  Please help me with this....
