restain secondary antibody

Dear all,

I am doing the immunohistochemistry on the tissues, in the gel about 150um (cut with vibratome).
I made a mistake in my secondary antibody, instead of using secondary anti-rabbit green + secondary anti-mouse red; i used secondary anti-rabbit red and secondary anti-mouse green . I did a double staining for my primary antibodies, one is against rabbit and the other is mouse.

Is there a way to remove the secondary antibody and restain my tissues slice?

Oil red o - IF

May i ask of after i stained the fixed cell on dish, using oil red o on the whole dish, can I still do the IF on the cells which are not stained with Oil Red O...
Is the condition suitable for IF...

Live cell culture- Oil Red O

Dear All,
I would like to know if it is possible for me to stain my cells live, with Oil Red O?
Is Oil Red O reversible and not toxic to cells because i would like to continue to grow the cells after staining with Oil Red O (purpose is to identify cells which look alike fat cells/progenitors in the dish culture).

Autofluorescence in thick structure cluster of cells

Hi all,
I am growing heterogenous cells in dishes and my interest is to identify if my cells but these clusters of cells,(thick and round in shape, many layers) do have autofluroscence...
Is there a good fixation method to minimise autofluroscence in the cells which are thick , kind of 3D cluster.

Primary culture of fibroblast cells from rat/mouse
