platelets clump after addition of Hepes Buffered Hank's Solution

Hi,

I would need some help here. I am currently isolating and activating the platelets. After adding Hepes Buffered Hank's solution, there is  a clump observed, sometimes before or after water bath incubation @37C.

Has  anyone  experience this?
