hi ,

i know that 5-fluorouracil suppose to decrease glutathione levels
but in my experiment it doesnt
the GSH levels are more higher than normal
why do u think this happened?

Hi everybody
I'am trying to prepare a perfect bone marrow cell suspension but the cells keep sticking together
I tried to split them out with a syring but it didnt work

I'am afraid to use a cell strainer cause i have a small number of cells and iam afraid to lose most of them
So , what to do ?

Hello,

We r trying to culture keratocytes from normal human but even the punch biopsy leave a scar
We r thinking of using fine needle biopsy and culture it
Had anyone tried it? Or it is very few cells to use?
