I am doing Nested PCR for genotyping. There is a problem that I get Bands for control in Outer PCR, but for Nested one I dont get any bands for control. There is also smear in negative control , can any one help me aor tell me what is the problem. I used this forum and tried t solve many issues, it was helpful. I am actually too bad at pipetting :)
