Hi,
I am using a coctail of antibodies from cell signal: http://www.cellsigna...ducts/5301.html
On the WB photo given on their web site you can see a right above the Erk1/2 badn a faint nonspecific band just below 50kD. In my pituitary adenoma samples this band is extremely strong. Do you have any suggestion where this come from? I expect protein degradation to result in non-specific bands of lower molecular weight.
