Hello,
I wish to perform an assay where I want to treat the PBMCs I got from a human subject with certain antigens and see if it will induce apoptosis of the target cells by CD8 T cells via cell:cell contact. The problem here is that I do not have the tissues/cells from the same subject I got the PBMCs from! So I assume the allogeneicity will be a big problem...
I am wondering if anyone has any suggestions on what I can do?
