I would like to ask you a question. I recently found the " distilled water" I am using does not have constant PH when I prepare PBS. I suspect the distiller is not working properly. I have found info on the web saying that addition of barium chloride will cause precipitation if the water has ions. Have you had any experience? What do you suggest to check the purity...
