About me

• My research interests
  Peptide horomones (i.e. CCK, NPY, VIP, GLP-1) in tounge epithelia and the cells of the taste buds. I am currently trying to locate one of theses horomones by performing IHC, IF and IH on taste bud cells.
  
  My other field of interest of interest is Recombinant Adeno-associated virus (rAAV) vectors as therapeutic agents in gene therapy. I am interested in recovering peptide horomone knockouts using these viral vectors containing genes coding for the peptide under investigation.
