About Me
At CellSpecific™, we’ve combined gold-standard cell separation with many years of cell-based assay development experience to efficiently evaluate drug mechanism of action (MOA) and drug biomarkers at the level of cellular function. We work closely with our clients to quickly determine drug effect and activity in validated cell systems and/or to develop and validate assays customized to specific goals. Moreover, we provide clinicians rapid evaluation of tissue and blood cells by flow cytometry (non-CLIA). For more information about us visit our website at www.CellSpecific.com

The age of mice will matter believe it or not. The age range suggested is appropriate for optimal immune induction. Does this mean younger or older mice will not develop immunity? No. However, age does matter. If you do not intend to look into this experimentally, then I would suggest you stick with the recommendation.
