Hi everybody,

I have the following question:

I am running a real time PCR in with I perform data acquisition at two different temperatures. I need to know Ct values of both temperatures. I am using the 7900HT from ABI and analysing my data with the SDS software. Unfortunately the SDS sotware can only calculate the Ct values of the last temperature in the PCR protocol (eventhough the data of the first temperature is saved). Does anyone know other analysis software (no excel) into which I can import my data to calculate Ct values of both temperatures?

I hope my question is clear and somebody has a solution.
