Hi

I need to measure cAMP level to determine cellular activation and measurement of a surface GPCR before and after stimulation. The surface will be quantitated by using monoclonals and flow cytometry.

What is the best cAMP ELISA kit available? Has anyone had any experience with the Cayman cAMP kit?
