I want to concentrate protein in cell culture medium for western blot. Is there a simple method to do that?

Mix equal volume of your media with 20% ice cold trichloroacetic acid. Let stand in ice for 15 minutes. Centrifuge at 10000g for 10 minutes. Dry pellet in air and resuspend in 1/100th the volume of 15 mM Tris.HCl pH 7.8 ( 1/100the of the original media volume ).
