I'm working on a project trying to detect certain antibodies bound to a tissue and I'm planning to ship tissue samples to be tested elsewhere.
Any recommendations on how to prepare the tissue? Have to use DMSO?
Would that interfere when trying to recover the antibody bound to the cell surface?
