Hello
I am trying to make a cDNA library from oranges. Does anybody have any recommendations for using a commercial kit for generating the library.
I basically will isolate total RNA and then with a kit try to get mRNA out of it.
Then I think I should use a system for cloning the mRNA(cDNA formed) in such a way that it can be expressed so it would help me to screen for my enzyme. So far i never tried to make a cDNA library. Any ideas how to procees, what should I take care off, where mistakes can happen.
