Which flourescent antibody works better on western blots with the Li-Cor Odyssey scanner? DyLight or IRDye labeled?

I've never used the DyLight dyes with the odyssey, but Alexa-Fluor 680 (Molecular Probes) and IRDye800CW (LiCOR) work great (linear over a wide range). I wasn't even aware that you could use the DyLight's with the odyssey, though I suppose all you need is a dye that can be excited and specifically detected in the one channel by the scanner. You'd have to read into the spectral properties of the DyLight to be sure.
