Hi!

I'm trying to establish an opsonophagocytosis assay in my lab.
I have try to develop in one hand an killing assay and in the other hand an uptake assay using antigen coated beads instead of the bacteria.
Did anybody was succesful in this type of assay?
Did anybody know a protocol that could help me?
