Hi all,

I have a bunch of differential-display RT-PCR data. Some sequences (70bp-400bp) are unannotated, i.e. no one knows the function of this sequence and whether it is even an ORF. I've tried using ORF finder on these sequences, getting only about 20-40aa (longest) ORFs. Is there anything else (bioiformatics) that I can do with these sequences?
