hi all can any body tell me how to isolate proteinases from helicoverpa mid gut by using simple techniques.

Why are you posting this question in the "Botany and Plant Biology" subforum???

because helicoverpa is related to plants and there is no other subforum which relate to it. if u have ans plz tell me
