Hi!

I'm using expo32 to analyze flow cytometry data. How do I get the mfi-value for a gated population in this software? Is that the value that the software refers to as "x-mean" ?

Also, are there any limitations to describing the data with the mfi value? Should the mfi value be in a certain range to be valid?
I usually show data as % positive cells, but several reviewers have asked me to provide graphs with mfi values, and I'm not sure what this value indicates or how it is determined.
