hi
i have a x antibody need to dilute to 1 in 10000
so i need of 42ml in total , so 1/10000x42ml =42ul of antibody is that right
please can cananybody answer me

for a 1:10,000 you need 4.2ul in 42ml
42ul in 42ml will give you a 1:1,000 dilution
