now i want to do codon-optimized gene synthesis. firstly i use the software OPTIMIZER. this software provides three methods to choose. "one amino acid-one codon; guided random; customized one amino acod-one codon". i'm not sure which method is better. if someone could share experiences on this software?Thanks.
