Hi,

I would like to know if after fixing with PFA you only wash with PBS or if you quench the PFA with something.
I also heard of using Tris HCl in PBS to readjust the PH.

Does anyone do this ?

Thanks,

JP

I wash out or if feeling lazy (or needing to go home) I just dilute it.  I stain in facs tubes and fix with around 100-200 uL.  I then add FACs wash to the top of the tube and put in the fridge.   Its good for at least 2-3 weeks.

I would advise against not diluting or washing out the PFA
