Hey guys,

I struggled with my western blot. It always appeared dumbbell-shape bands, especially the protein molecular weight below 55 kDa.
Could you tell me how to solve this problem? Caz this shape of protein band is very difficult to qutitate.
Thanks a lot~~  :)

I guess it's the problem with transfer. I have a colleague had same problem, shorten the transfer time and check the current during transfer. (+load slightly less amount of ptn) Hope this will help.
