Has anyone here used LysoSensor Blue DND-167 before?
Our lab has been working with this live cell staining dye from Molecular Probes for months without much luck. We have tried different concentration (1 - 10 uM), and different time of incubation (10, 30, 60, and 120 minutes). However, during imaging with a confocal microscope, we had either no signal or VERY faint signal. We couldn't observe anything under the mercury bulb.

I am trying lysosensor Blue/Yellow dextran and I am not having any more luck than you. Please let me know if you have managed to solve the problem. Just can't seem to get my cells to take it up, any tips or tricks anyone?
