Hallo

i´m trying to mesure the Nitrate reductase activity using the griess Assay and Methyl Viologen as an Elektron Donor, i start the reaction with sodium dithionite, my problem is that some times my controls are also turned to pink so that making that assay reproducible is impossible. i don´t know if Sodium dithionite is making any komplex even without enzyme.

did some body have a working protocol fore a 96 well platte
